Frozen raw Canadian lobster tail, sold in packets of 2 units.

It is the new high pressure processing (HPP) that allows incredible 100% recovery of the edible lobster flesh. Unlike cooked lobster products, the HPP does not require food additives or prservatives that can alter the flavor of the final product. The lobster flesh is easily detached from the shell through this treatment. These lobster tails are of the best quality and freshness and are frozen individually.

Several sizes are available: 3-4 oz, 4-5 oz and 5-6 oz.
