Chilean Sea Bass - 280 gr

Fillet of Chilean sea bass (Dissostichus eleginoides) of minimum 280 gr. Also known as Patagonian Toothfish, it is mostly found in the cold waters at the extreme tip of South America. Its flesh is rich in fat and appreciated for its buttery taste, this fish is very easy to prepare. Our Chilean sea bass comes from an MSC certified responsible fishery.
