Frozen at sea in salt water for best conservation

Preparation

  • ​Defrost directly under cold water for 15 minutes, rinsing off the salt water. Do not defrost in the fridge as the salt water will blacken the shrimp.
  • With this natural product you will rediscover the real taste of shrimp. Eat them:
  1. Raw
  2. In ceviche
  3. Pan seared in garlic butter.

Tips

Excellent cooked anyway, however do not overcook.
