One section of frozen cooked Quebec Snow Crab legs. Large size 3L, approximately 280-340gr. per section.

The snow crab available online is the live crab  or fresh cooked  on the boat during the season of Quebec’s Snow Crab. The season of snow crab in Quebec is every spring for a short period.
We have over 30 years working with the same fishermen in the Gaspé .
The crab offered Chez La Mer is the 3L crab (extra large) or 2L ( Large).

You can purchase in store the snow crab live or fresh cooked on the boat or simply order online a box of 10 pounds of fresh crab sections cooked on the boat.

If you prefer to cook the crab yourself: Prepare 4 liters (16 cups) of water and 60 ml (1/4 cup) of salt for cooking.
Bring water to a boil, and add the crab. Cook for 6 minutes.
