Purchase Dorado - 500 gr

Ingredients

1 Porgy of a pound and a half approx. (Have your fishmongers clean and empty your fish)
400 gr of potatoes bell
300 ml tomato coulis
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 branch of thyme
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat your oven to 350 F.
  2. Cut slices of potatoes and onion - chop the garlic
  3. Mix the potato and onion rings with the tomato coulis, salt pepper, thyme and drizzle with olive oil - Place in a baking dish.
  4. Place the sea bream on the filling and cook for 25 minutes at 350F

Tips

Decorate with a quarter of lemon or lime, with coriander or fresh parsley.

For those who like the spicy side, add cajun spices, strong smoked paprika or hot chili peppers (jalapeños, smoked chipotle, chili, etc.)
