2 lobster tails
6 well-washed savoury clams
5 small whitened asparagus
1 medium core in cubes
1 celery in cubes
2 small potatoes in small cubes
1 sweet pepper in strips
500 ml lobster bisque (available at the store)
Rinse and wash the clams in cold water 5 to 6 times to remove the sand.
Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes, pass under cold water, wipe and add them to the last swim. Asparagus can be replaced with green beans or another green vegetable.
To cut the vegetables to different sizes allows to have a more stylized dish.
Caribbean Style: Add a little brown rum to taste and give it a more festive side.
