Raised in the waters of Foxley River, PEI. Fully sustainable, these cocktail sized oysters have a reputation for quality. Matured in the cold waters for longer than a typical cocktail oyster, Foxley River oysters are meatier with deeper cups and a stronger shell for easy shucking. The abundance of salt water flow from the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the earthy influence of peat moss is apparent and givesthere oysters a unique flavour and look, with moderate salt content and a sweet finish.
Keep refrigerated. Open, present oyster on ice and eat raw or with condiments.
