In Quebec, we usually enjoy our beautiful snow crab au naturel, perhaps dipped in clarified butter. But in Louisiana, there is a tradition called the "Seafood Boil", an event centered around shellfish cooked all together in a tasty and a little spicy sauce, often with potatoes and corn. It's just mouthwatering!
So we have decided to offer, in the Louisiana style, our Cajun Crab Platter! This platter ready to heat and serve in 15 minutes! You will enjoy 2 sections of large snow crab, 1 lb of whole Nordic shrimp, 1 lb of clams, potatoes and grilled corn, served with a Cajun style sauce. To enjoy this delicious platter, we recommend that you keep plenty of paper towels nearby! Serves 2 people.
