800g Liver of Lotte
1 green lemon (lime)
25g coriander
10ml of soy sauce
10 gr of sesame seeds
25gr of flour any use
5ml canola oil
Set and pepper



  1.  Gone the liver in a cold water body all night.
  2.  Dry well and then cut into slices and stuffing and seasoning well.
  3.  Heat the pan with oil and pan the liver slices 2 to 3 minutes on each side and then remove the frying pan with the green lemon and reduce with soy, coriander and sesame seeds and then pour it onto the liver and enjoy hot.
