Online purchase terms

Fraud prevention

We require the original credit card and identification matching the name and billing address of the payment method used, upon pickup or delivery of orders of$ 150 or more.

For the Prevention of fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to refuse and refund any order for which it is impossible to satisfactorily verify the identity of the buyer.

Pre-order products

We allow the purchase of products whose future arrival is planned in pre-order. Since our fresh produce arrivals depend on fishing, conditions, and several other factors, this date is not guaranteed and is subject to change. You will be notified of any changes. If the scheduled arrival is cancelled, we will refund your order or offer credit to other purchases, depending on your preferences. If the planned arrival is delayed for reasons outside our control, we will postpone the date of your order accordingly.

Returns and refunds

The same conditions apply as on in-store purchases.

Online order cancellation

Due to the perishable nature of our products, sif you wish to cancel and have your order refunded online, it must be done within 24 hours before the date of delivery or pickup.

Undeliverable orders

Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must be on site to receive your order or designate a safe place to drop off your order in the order instructions. You can designate the name of another person at the delivery address authorized to receive the package in the delivery address. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be handed over by hand. If these steps are not followed and it is not possible to return your package, or if it is not possible to reach you by phone, your order will be taken back to the fishmonger for pickup and this, without reimbursement of costs.

Orders not picked up

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not picked up will not be refundable. If you cannot pick up your order as planned, we will keep it cool for you.
