We are the experts of Canadian bluefin tuna in season, which is carefully selected at the fishing port by our buyers before being cut by hand in fishmongers. Off-season, yellowfin and obese Red Samurai tuna frozen at ultra-low temperatures are a perfect choice for sushi and tartares, and frozen haidacore (albacore) tuna from British Columbia remains the perfect local choice for your tatakis, sashimi or ceviche.
