The Sea offers a variety of fresh or frozen tuna of first quality and sustainable fishing. We work with fishermen who are concerned with quality, freshness, and sustainability. We are the experts of Canadian bluefin tuna in season, which is carefully selected at the fishing port by our buyers before being cut by hand in fishmongers. Off-season, yellowfin and obese Red Samurai tuna frozen at ultra-low temperatures are a perfect choice for sushi and tartares, and frozen haidacore (albacore) tuna from British Columbia remains the perfect local choice for your tatakis, sashimi or ceviche.
