Haidacore Tuna - 750g

Albacore tuna loin caught entirely sustainably by Organic Ocean and frozen on boat. Named for the Haida Gwaii Archipelago, Haidacore tuna is a premium tuna, perfect for tartares, sashimi, tataki and all cooking. Each loin weighs approximately 550 gr, and it is also possible to order the case of 10lbs.
