A sockeye fillet - 600gr
A la Mer seaweed pesto (150gr)



  1.  Preheat the oven to 350F
  2.  Place the sockeye fillet on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
  3.  Add the seaweed pesto on top.
  4.  Cook for 10 minutes.



Can be accompanied by vegetable rice, pasta, or our pumpkin risotto!
