Scampi Platter

To celebrate the Holidays, we always want to offer the best to our guests. The famous Nordic Sea Scampi are renowned for their exquisite quality and taste.

This ready-to-cook platter prepared by our chef allows you to please your guests by offering a delicious scampi meal for 4 people. The 800gr of raw scampi of size 12/20 are cut into butterfly and seasoned according to our family recipe. Before serving the platter, cook the tray uncovered in the oven for 15 minutes at 350F, and on Broil for 2 more minutes to give a nice coloring. Serve hot.
