Information on online orders for the 2025 holiday season
We have reached the order limit for December 24th. It will still be possible to purchase in person on December 24th.
Order deadlines:
-Order before December 20th for delivery or pickup before Christmas
-Order before December 27th for delivery or collection before New Year's Day
-We do not accept online orders for delivery or pickup on the following dates: December 25 and 26, January 1 to 7.
Products available:
To avoid any issues with these very important holiday orders, we will only accept orders for products whose availability we are confident we can guarantee. Wild, exotic, or rare fish and seafood, whose availability is not guaranteed, will only be available for in-store purchase. Despite our best efforts, if an online order item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement.
Delivery and Collection:
The availability displayed on the delivery or pickup calendar in your shopping cart reflects our current stock and the availability (based on the date) of each product for delivery to your address or in-store pickup. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, nor can we specify delivery times outside the hours displayed in the cart. You will receive an email/text message with your order tracking information when it is on its way.
Pickup at Maisonneuve Market:
You can place an order for pickup at our Maisonneuve Market location at no extra charge. However, it is not possible to order our seafood platters, oyster platters, and other prepared dishes for pickup at Maisonneuve, as these will be freshly prepared at our main store at the time of your order.
To ensure freshness, oyster platters and oyster opening service are only available for pickup at our main store and for delivery within a limited distance.
Last delivery or collection on December 24th and 31st at 3:30 pm.
