Steelhead trout is distinguished from other salmonids by its firm flesh and deeper color. Rich in bold and omega-3 oils and full of vitamin D, it is a fish as healthy as it is tasty. The steelhead trout is found as much in the lakes and rivers of cold water, as in the ocean. Raised in Norwegian fjords, it reaches the size of the Atlantic salmon while retaining its more pronounced taste and coloring. It cooks like salmon and is consumed as well raw, in tartares, on the grill, in the pan or in the oven!
