2 Halibut steaks of about 300gr each
1/4 lb. clams
1 branch of celery
8 potatoes ratte or bell
1 clove of garlic
Thyme, bay leaf and dried kombu
2 cups of fish stock
- Wash, peel and cut the vegetables in about 1.5 '' and place in a sauce pan.
- Cover with fish stock, spices and add a little water if necessary.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Add halibut steaks on top and cook 15 minutes longer.
- Serve in a deep plate.
