Bluefin Tuna - Steak (250g)

Bluefin tuna is the most prized species of tuna by chefs for its texture, color and high fat content. Reserve your portion of Bluefin tuna. We will cut a nice steak of approximately 250g from the freshly arrived tuna.

Steak: Cut from the loin. You'll have a nice progression from the leanest to the fattiest part of the tuna loin. The steak is perfect for grilling, searing, or eating raw.
