We offer you the best of the ocean in two ready-to-use forms: our Japanese-style blocks (saku) ready to slice, or our already sliced sashimi, fresh or frozen, ready to eat. For our frozen products, the action of our blast freezer at very low temperature instantly seals (lock in) optimal freshness, perfectly preserving the delicate texture, color and original taste of the fish.
